Ämne: NIBE F750 takes 50 mins to Defrosts

Hi All,

I am here to get some for troubleshooting the defrosts issue with my NIBE F750 (2015 model) heat pump. The compressor works fine and relatively long but when it deforsts it takes almost 50 minutes to defrosts. During this long defrost cycle the "degree minutes" worsens and it starts the electrical emersion heater. Due to electrical heating it bleeds me with high electrcity bills at the month end.
I have got the heat pump serviced from 2 professional service companies. But none of them could fix this long deforst issue. My filters are cleaned and they cleaned my exhuast air vents as well (there was some dirt). Can anybody please me here. How can I avoid this long deforsts cycle?

There has been a lot written in this forum about this "feature". Some hints about re-positioning a sensor. Increasing the air flow. One user has built an automation that starts a heating blower when defrosting is ongoing, works fine to my knowledge. Unfortunately most is written in Swedish. Maybe someone may give you more detailed hints
