Now, good advice is needed. Thank you in advance.

 The pump, model year 2008 Nibe Fighter 1217, is not producing heat and fails to raise temperatures. The issues are as follows:
•   The pump triggers an LP-LARM alarm.
•   It does not generate heat.
•   It makes an unpleasant noise when starting up, which eventually subsides.
•   The hot water indicator light does not stay on continuously, even though the pump should be producing warm water.
These problems first appeared when we had a power failure at the main switch in the spring. After that incident, the pump started working after several attempts.
I initially thought the compressor was faulty, but fortunately, that wasn’t the case.
The situation repeated itself a week ago during a power outage in our area, where the phases were incorrectly connected. Following that, the pump started functioning after a few attempts, although I noticed an odd noise electric noise all the time behind the control panel.
Today, the pump entered LP-LARM mode and exhibits the issues I stated above.

P.S. How can I use the electric resistor to produce hot water if the compressor isn’t doing it?

Hello!

There are three different user manuals depending on when your F1217 was manufactured in 2008: This is the mid 2008: https://assetstore.nibe.se/hcms/v2.4/entity/document/29051/storage/MDI5MDUxLzAvbWFzdGVy.  You can read about the LP-alarm and actions that are suggested. Generally hot water can´t be made if there is an alarm, only heat if in reserve mode.

Edit: You can try to activate "Electric boiler only" in settings menu no. 14. It might be possible to get hot water if the LP-alarm has been cleared(?)

Thank you for your answer.
It seems that lp-larm goes away after a while when pump is off. When I start pump I won't see hot water led on or heat rising even when pump is running and there is no more alarms.

After power outages, it sometimes happens that one of the phases can get a lower voltage than the the other two.
It can be a faulty connection i the main central, out in the street fuse box, in any of the terminals inside the heatpump, on one of the 2 relays that starts the kompressor.
The "electric noise" is probably on of the contactors/relays that has started to get bad, what you hear is probably the coil in the contactor humming.
If you measure the voltage between phases when the compressor is running and get the same (+-0-3V) this is not the problem, but if you measure a larger difference, start locking where the voltage drop occurs.
Low voltage on any of the phases means that the compressor coils get warm, and the compressor might get så hot the coils inside are damaged.
There is a relay protecting the compressor for things like this, but they are usually adjusted to protect for complete power failure on one of the phases, not just  lower voltage.
I dont know if your model has got a soft start relay, but if it has, this has also been a quite common problem, they break and can lead to kompressor failiure if not diagnosed quite rapidly.

Also, if voltage gets low on the phase that supplies the pump for brine fluid, LP alarm can be triggered due to low pump capacity.
It might also effect the circuit bords in the heatpump not to work properly.

I would start checking voltage between phases on the last terminal closest to the kompressor when the compressor runs.

 I was suspecting soft start relay. I found good Nibe mechanic not so far away. He promised to visit friday. He also have soft start relays in his van. Let's hope it's some of the relays and it hasn't done much damage to compressor yet.

I will let you know how things turn out.
