I've tried to reduce the speed of the heat carrier pump (8m to 7m), the GT8/GT9 delta increased to cca. 10 degrees, and the hot water producing stopped when the GT9 was only 47 degrees.

I'm little lost now, but maybe
Check/clean the heatexchanger and then
logg all the sensor every minute until it stops and present.

It can of course be a faulty PCB, or it might be enough to replace the capacitors, but usually a bad capacitor is "swollen" on top.

We've experienced numerous issues with intermittent restarts on our HT Plus E11 which were caused by faulty electrolytic capacitors (ELCO) on the Rego. None of the original ELCOs were swollen on the top but had likely lost their capacity due to aging. Give it a try; replacing the ELCOs is a pretty straightforward process and only takes 10-15 minutes in total.
