Hi,

We have a nibe F1255-6 R PC.
In January there was a new firmware and the release notes stated that it is possible to turn off the PC function.

Version: 9443R6 Release date: 2022-12-05 • PCmodel only: It is now possible to deactivate the PC function

Can anyone me where to find this option i updated the firmware already, i am unable to find it in the settings and in the mechanic settings.

Sorry, but PC is not explained in the swedish manual, please write what PC means?
In my world PC = Personal Computer but it is probably not the correct meaning in this tread?

There is a chance that the update referes to accessory PCS 44. Options that you can't see if you don't have the system installed.

It seems like it is a special version with passive cooling . It is definitely chapters and information added, not found in my manual for the F1255.
Something specially made for the UK market?? Similar instruktion is also aviable in German.

Im from the Netherlands btw

We use our Heatpumpt with Triple Solar https://triplesolar.eu/en/pvt-heat-pump-panel/ , its a Water water system.
The problem is that the f1255 -6 R PC does not support active cooling, with the installation we have.
There is glicol that flows trough our solar panels to our heatpump.
If the source was underground pump it was ok.

Our house gets hot because of this option, which does not work.
And since this update it should be possible to turn it off, maybe the issue with heat in our house is solved.
The system thinks that passive cooling is on, instead it heats the house up, even in the summer.

OK, it is probably some extra ventilation by night when outdoor temperature is less than inside.
