Hi,

our heat pump is leaking water.

I saw at the user manual that the overflow cup and drains should be checked and cleaned regularly.
I have also found this video although it is not our model.



The overflow cup is not accessible through the maintenance cover at NIBE F750, the front has to be removed.
Are there any instructions on how to investigate and fix the water leaking for F750?

you can see the overflow cup when you remove the service cover, is it overflowing, or does the water come from somewhere else?
If its not the overflow cup, i suggest you take the front of (2 screws in the bottom tx25) Then you remove the red or grey motor up in the center, just pull out the metal pin, lift motor of, and pull out the top insulation. Now you will see the drain hose, is it leaking from here?

I removed the front cover and saw that the overflow cup was full of water, this is where the water comes from.
It has a lot of dust particles.

Using a bottle brush I cleaned the drain from the overflow cup as well as the floor drain where the overflow water ends up.
When I filled in water with the security ventil, I could see that it could not properly flow out from the overflow cup to the drain. There must be particles in the drain blocking the water flow.

Can I use a water vacuum cleaner (Grovdammsugare) and connect it to the floor drain outlet?
Will it be able to remove all blocking particles? The pipe is about 2-3 meters long between the overflow cup and the floor drain.
Any suggestion for what power (Watt) the vacuum cleaner should have?
