Hello from Finland!

I bought VVM300 & F2020-10 just 5 months ago.
I have few problems with this machine, and i wonder if somebody here have knowhow
 about these devices. In Nibe Finland they have just installed few machines and they dont know sh...t about these.
I understand that you have in Sweden plenty of these machines in use ?

I have understand that Fanalarm 1 is quite common. Is there any fix to that ?
Also i have been getting HP alarm (high pressure).
System should be OK, and there is no air in pipes.

Biggest problem is when alarm comes to F2020.
When temperature drops down electric heater should go on in VVM300.
But VVM just blinks little screen and show alarm but electrics wont go on.
I havent find any parameters what could be wrong.
