Ämne: Mitsubishi Ecodan EHPT20X-YM9C - F9 flow sensor error

We have a Mitsubishi Ecodan air to water system. After we have started it up after the summer we have got errors with the system coming with a F9 flow sensor error.

We have check all radiators, removed air, dirt etc, but it still coming back. Event if we disable the house heating so it only created hot water it still gets the same error.

In DK we dont have so much esperiance with this model, so there is no really experts on it. The company there have looked at it belives that the only thing left we can try is exchanging the flow sensor which is quite expensive, when we are not sure thats the problem :S

Have any of you experianced anything like this problem?

På sidan 13 står det
"2 connector open
Abnormal if both 63H and 63L connector
circuits are open for 3 minutes continuously
from being switched on.
63H: High-pressure switch
63L: Low-pressure switch"

Case:

1 Disconnection or contact failure
of connector (63H,63L) on
outdoor controller circuit board.
2 Disconnection or contact failure
of 63H, 63L
3 63H and 63L are working due
to defective parts.
4 Defective outdoor controller
board.

Judgment and action:

1 Check connection of connector (63H,63L) on
outdoor controller circuit board.
Refer to "8-6. TEST POINT DIAGRAM".
2 Check the 63H and 63L side of connecting
wire.
3 Check continuity of 63H and 63L.
Replace the pressure switch if it is defective.
4 Replace outdoor controller circuit board.
