You can most likely view the historical electric consumption for your total system on EON´s webiste, ww.eon.se ,that is the net operator in Älmhult.

You should have all wirsbo thermostats set on maximum temp, and let the heat pump manage the temperature.
A indoor temp sensor is good to use when you do so, but not necessary.

This software lets you see what is happenging: http://www.energibutiken.se/en/12-logaide

Thank you for manuals.
OK, it is my very first electricity consumption reading in that house, so it was a little shocking... :) Lets see next months.

A few more information about the system:

- there is a combination of floor heating (6 circuits) and 4 wall radiators in the places where there is no floor heating. Floor heating is connected via Virsbo wireless system but all circuits are fully opened at all times apart from sleeping room which is set to be closed above 18 degrees
- there is a water tank VBA300/200 - it writes 300 L outer tank and 186 L inner tank. Does it mean it has got accumlated capacity of 486 L of water?
- there is a small electric water heater from Nibe in the bathroom to secure immediate inflow of how water. It is constantly on.
- there is no inhouse temperature sensor installed so the pump only works according to the temperature from outside

Current parameters read from the pump:

Current temperature - 0.6 degrees
Average temperature - minus 0.6 degrees
Calculated temperature - 43 degrees
Inflow temperature - 44 degrees
Return temperature - 38 degrees
Heating curve 8
point offset +3 degrees
Temperature adjustment (menu 1.1) - plus 1
Temperature at home in the living room - 20.8 degrees (so no problem now)

Since we have very small usage of hot water i schedulded hot water on NORMAL between 3.00am-6.00am and the rest of the day it is OFF. I did that 3 days ago. No problem with the hot water amount. Is that a good solution for lowering electricity consumption?

Tha main issue with the pump was during Christams days where temperature was around -9 degrees during the day and up to -13 degrees during the night. Temperature at home dropped to 17 degrees and that is definitely too low. I called for a mechanic from the company which installed the pump. He changed the operational mode to AUTO where immiedietally the additional heating switched on and temperature started going up. But then my electricity consumption peaked to 100kwh during one day in comparison to daily average of 60 kwh. I understood that additional heating is needed when outside temperature drops below -20 degrees approx. What is a common advice about additional heating, when should it be used?

Now I blocked additional heating and it is on only between 6.00-9.30am.

Questions:
1. When I spoke to Nibe helpline they said the heating curve for floor heating should be 5-6. I have got 8 now and it is OK temperature now. Whats the common practise here?
2. Does it make sense to have inhouse temperature sensor which would feed that info back to the pump and adjust accordingly? I understood it could be quite confusing with Wirsbo wireless system.
3. Is there anyway to upload all logged parameters and pump performance from the system into a computer so that I could see how it behaves. I think it could help me to adjust the pump in a good way in a long run.
4. Is there anyway to see electricity consumption only of the pump? In the system of the pump? Or would I have to install a seperate electric meter?
5. Main question - how to avoid 17 degrees at home next time?!

Thanks for all support and answers! :)

2. I have a feeling that electricity consumptiion is too much - i used 1900kwh in December, but i am not able to seperate only consumption of the pump

We had 1.722 kWh in december in southern Skåne.
So 1.900 in Älmhult seems to be OK.

First of all you need manuals in english:

Intaller manual
http://www.nibe.eu/nibedocuments/8672/031335-2.pdf

User manual
http://www.nibe.eu/nibedocuments/7949/031334-1.pdf

Then please write some values as flow and return temp on the system when the heat pump is working and heating the house. Also add setpoint value and outside temperature.

(Fråga från e-post-kontakt /Admin)

Since I do not know Swedish it is difficult for me to navigate through the website and find answers on my questions.

One month ago I moved to a house (160 m2 plus a seperate annex - garage, heating room and storage - 90m2) in Älmhult (Kronoberg) with the 5 year old pump Nibe F1145 8kW. I do not have any experience with that kind of heating however i understand principles and my main issue is that;
1. I experienced heat comfort issues in my house (17 degrees on some days)
2. I have a feeling that electricity consumptiion is too much - i used 1900kwh in December, but i am not able to seperate only consumption of the pump

Do you think it could be OK to ask you some questions to get a direction what I should do/change/check with the operation of that pump?
