Hello from Scotland!
Hoping desperately for some help. Sorry to type in English.
We have an old Thoren GSHP: 05-15. We desperately need replacement parts - a relay switch for the heating and an immersion coil for the immersion heater.
We are really struggling to find any in the UK, and our engineers have given up!
Unfortunately our 'engineer' has thrown away the faulty parts, so I don't even have an image of what they look like, to try and get a similar replacement part.
Can any lovely person help us?

Hi!
I think you can replace this with any switch/relay that meet specifications.
A competent electrician should be able to fix this.
The immersion coil is worse, without any picture it is hard to know what type of connection it is?
Usually it is R50 thread (2 inches), but this is a guess.
It should have 6 kW Power.
