Ämne: Nibe F370 - Problems connecting to MyUplink

I have spent hours trying to get Myuplink working for our new Nibe F370.

I've plugged the F370 into our Wifi router, the earth/globe appears, it creates an IP address, and I can generate a new connection string.

On my phone, I am using the 2.4mz. In the Myuplink app, it does not find the Nibe F370 automatically, and when I manually enter the serial number and connection string, it says 'pairing failed'.

I have tried doing it on two different phones - same problem.

I would be so grateful for any clarifying what I am doing wrong?

Which version are you running on your f370?

Did you try using nibeuplink?

Hi Jonas, thanks for the note. Its running version 4.1.3.1. I tried downloading the older Nibe Uplink but I don't think its possible to register to it any longer - as there was no 'register' option.

Can you access using a PC?
Sometimes a restart of the heat pump and router is needed.

Hi Carl, I've tried switching off at fuse, but it didn't fix. I don't think nibe supports connections via PC anymore? At least on their webpage I only see link to phone apps.

It doesnt matter if you use phone app or website. Both will work. You dont directly connect your phone or PC to heat pump, heat pump connects to cloud and you access it via cloud. At least in Finland there is no Myuplink update for F370 yet, so try to go to https://nibeuplink.com/, there is register button next to login. Then you can use same credentials on NibeUplink phone app.
