How do you insulate that?

I read about armaflex also, would that be easier to use, than the one you linked? Should I measure the pipe width or will it be 160mm that you linked me to? Perhaps someone has a guide on how to terminate in the roof and at the heatpump? We are thinking of changing to F730, but not sure if we have insulated exhaust ventilation - the plans say we do but I am not sure if it is so in the walls and at the pump. I have a visual confirmation in the cat vind, however.
