"diff start/stop" decide the "bör" in the lower tank for us, which is calculated as the higher of either a preset value or the temp required by the radiators. The factory setting is 5 but I (and many others) have increased it to 7 to get fewer starts/stops in the summer. I keep it there also during winter to prevent the system from reaching the the "bör"-value and instead keep going (until it starts to defrost).
Have you tested to use the factory settings? VPmax (HPmax?) should be 55 in your machine I guess, and VPmin 35, so if you choose factory settings and end up with 48 on both someone must have made a misstake at the factory. In that case, call CTC, explain the problem and make them give you the code to set the correct factory settings.
